Program name and description

The Grand Irrigation Customer Service Alerts program provides recurring operational text messages to customers who have expressly opted in. Messages may concern appointment scheduling and reminders, irrigation-service updates, annual service contracts, invoices, payment confirmations, and other account notices. The program is not used to send third-party marketing.

Consent

You may opt in by affirmatively agreeing during a telephone call or in-person interaction with Grand Irrigation after receiving the required messaging disclosures. By opting in, you authorize Grand Irrigation to send recurring automated SMS or MMS messages to the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and are authorized to provide consent.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, services, contracts, invoices, payments, and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may impose additional charges according to your mobile plan.

Opt out - STOP

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any Grand Irrigation text. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, no further messages will be sent through this program unless you provide new consent.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Delivery and carrier responsibility

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers and messaging availability may change.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms or discontinue the program. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
